However large or small your organisation we can provide a range of cost effective solutions to enable you to concentrate on meeting the objectives of your organisation, while we look after your publishing, conference, exhibition and membership administration requirements.

Advertisement Representation
This service can be provided for a wide range of publications including Magazines, Newsletters, Directories & Annual Reports, We would include the production of new ratecards and/or media packs as necessary; the printing of stationery; canvassing advertisements, dealing with all incoming enquiries relating to advertisements (whether by telephone, fax, email or post); the processing of orders; sending out of confirmations; generating invoices and collecting revenue; liaising with advertisers and/or their agents with reference to production of advertisement copy; or producing advertisements on their behalf if requested. We would also be responsible for chasing late payments or bad debts from advertisers, to include where appropriate, taking legal action to assist in the recovery of the debt.

This service is provided on a commission only basis, so there is no financial commitment on your part. This also acts as a good incentive for us to generate high levels of Advertisement income on your behalf.

We are able to publish a wide range of publications including Magazines, Journals, Newsletters, Directories & Annual Reports on your behalf. You may not require all the services that we are able to offer, so we are happy to provide a range of proposals, so that you can see the separate costs for Printing, Design & Layout and choose the ones you need.

The whole publishing package if you require it, would include us taking over responsibility for the design & layout, typesetting and pre-press work i.e. (laying out of both editorial and advertisement pages to your specification/design; providing proofs and making corrections; creating digital files; dealing with the printers on all matters relating to production.)

Despatch Handling, Materials and Postage
We can arrange for the despatch of your publications using highly cost effective methods like Presstream & Mailsort which often result in significant savings when compared to standard Royal Mail rates.

The prices we quote you will include loading and sorting the database; supplying, Franking and ink jetting the envelopes or polyopes. The only additional charges would be for the inclusion of additional loose inserts (Flyers) or other items that could affect the postage and handling costs, these would be charged separately on the basis of postage plus insertion costs

Additional Publishing Services
If editorial assistance is required, a Production Editor can be supplied, to receive text from the Editor/s and devise a flat/page plan; check on the quality of pictures/scans supplied; edit copy (if necessary) to fit space available; check first proofs for corrections and return to publisher; check second proofs and receive Editor's corrections and then check revised page proofs as necessary. The fee would be dependent on the precise requirements and the number of pages.

Event Management
AGMs; Exhibitions; Conferences & Seminars can be difficult to organise and time consuming to run. We provide services that can help to make it easier, right through from choosing a venue to registering delegates on the day.

We could assist with the design and layout of promotional material to be sent to potential delegates and to possible exhibitors, also with the programme and other materials required; Dealing with enquiries about the Event from both potential delegates and exhibitors, whether by telephone, fax or e-mail;
Enter details of delegates wishing to attend into a database and send them a confirmation of receipt, plus produce delegate badges for use on the day;
Liaise with the venue with reference to facilities on offer to delegates, ensuring that satisfactory service was provided by the venue, including catering and accommodation;
We could also provide staff to assist on the day of registration to help deal with delegates and also to ensure that exhibitors were happy and looked after;
Sponsors could liaise directly with us on any matters relating to the Event, and we would ensure that they were looked after and that the Event ran smoothly for them as well as for the delegates;
We could also assist with the collation of delegate packs for the Event.

Sale of Exhibition Space and Literature Distribution at your Event
We could visit your chosen venue and produce a plan of the exhibition area and design promotional material to attract exhibitors. Undertake a sales campaign of direct mailings and telephone canvassing. Liaise directly with you and/or the venue on matters relating to exhibitors and exhibition stands. 

Receive bookings from exhibitors and those wishing to distribute literature. Produce letters of acknowledgement and/or invoices as required. Bank any payments and record the details on your behalf.

Produce badges for the exhibitors. Provide telephone assistance to exhibitors with enquiries about the set up, breakdown, access and facilities etc. Provide a member of staff to oversee the set up of the exhibition and deliver the delegate packs to the registration area.

This service is offered on a commission only basis, so there is no financial outlay on your part. As our income depends on the level of our success this acts an effective incentive for us to generate high levels of Advertisement income.

Membership Administration
We currently cater for clients with memberships ranging from 100 to 25,000 and are happy to offer this service for a set fee per member depending on your requirements.

The fee includes Database Management, the processing of membership applications as required whether received by email, telephone fax or post. Updating members records with changes of address, name, telephone number, type of membership etc, entering details of new members, supplying you with a regular copy of the database (either on disk or by email) and producing reports on membership status on a regular basis as require.

Membership Renewals are also included and we can collect membership subscriptions annually by standing order, cheque or cash, make payments into your bank account and check statements for accuracy. If you are set up for direct debit we can administrate the service on your behalf. 

Membership Card are produced and supplied to all members annually upon joining or at renewal.

We also include the collating of welcome/new member packs and membership enquiry packs and their despatch including postage. (We can also organise the production of printed material including promotional leaflets as required)

All our staff and labour charges are also included in the fee quoted, including those for Membership subscription renewal and standing order mailings.
